Oh this is the first thing I thought of for Illustration Friday’s theme of “leap”. I will try and do another IF for the same theme next week.
My husband’s birthday is today and he actually gets a birthday this year since he is a leap year baby.

Well, this week has flown by, so I quickly drew some of my favorite hat styles, especially those from the 20’s era and colorized them in photoshop. I love vintage hats!
Working on a painting, I will post a photo of the final when I have better lighting, today is a dreary day.

This week’s theme for Illustration Friday is blanket. So, I went with the “blanket of snow” idea. This one reminds me of my sketches and doodles. This little birdy is freezing his tail off, but he is hoping to stay warm with his fuzzy blue scarf.
